Get Wired!
I found this logo simple and beautiful! It takes the saying "get wired" two ways. One is expressed through the energy coffee can give, but also having colorful wires rap around to create a cup. The color choices are fantastic because they are rectangle (tetradic) color scheme. Also having the get and wired be a different thickness is interesting. Like this piece a lot!

Tostitos!
I have never really paid that close attention to the Tostitos logo before to see the figures within in it. I like this imagery because it shows a group of people coming together to have a good time. Having the Tostito chip be the dot of the "I" is fantastic because it makes that "I" unique. The "I" base is also serving as a table with the salsa on top. The typography has a verity of curves and straight lines showing you direction, but also movement throughout the piece. Overall fun and inviting design.

Animal Typography
This image uses typography successfully. I love this design. Having the "C" with a triangular center instead of curved makes the eyes of the cat become visible. The placement of the words made it so that the imagery can come to life. The contrast is what really makes this piece complete. I took a look at other animal typography designs and was amazed by what I saw. The creativity and time to create each individual logo is inspiring. Being an animal lover I found them all every interesting and fun to follow each ones particular pattern.

The Nuttier! The Better!
I love everything that has to do with sweets! I looked up ice cream logos and came across this. I found this logo very creative. They used the same two colors of brown and tan throughout with the background color of white. This concept is smart because it brings the imagery forward. I like how the typography has a bubbly feel to it because ice cream, in this case gelato, is supposed to be fun and energetic. Also the text isn't straight across which also plays with the nuttiness of the logo. Lastly, the squirrel is brilliant. Having it so that the tail forms the tip of the gelato swirl is a perfect finishing touch. Another thing the squirrel adds to this piece is the body creates the roundness of the gelato. The Nutty Squirrel seems like a very fun place to visit, but its only location is in Washington. Looks like I'll have to plan a vacation.
